The Experience
Scruff Life Photography is a Minnesota-based pet photographer specializing in capturing the bond between people and their pets. Each session type is designed to capture the unique relationship between you and your best friend.
How it Works
Step 01
Getting to know you
Before your session, you'll receive a questionnaire to complete for me to get to know you and your pet. The goal is to capture the unique bond between you and your furry friend, so I'll work with you to determine the best location and time of day to make the photo session as comfortable as possible.
Step 02
Being Your Beautiful Selves
During the session, we can take it nice and slow to ensure your pet is feeling safe in front of the camera. I believe that the best photos are the ones that capture your pet's true personality. I encourage you and your pet to be yourselves, and I'll capture those candid moments that truly showcase your special bond.
Step 03
Editing Your Photos
After your session, I will carefully select and edit your photos to create a stunning collection for you. With the power of Photoshop, leashes and other nuisance items can be removed from the final image, to create a simple scene.
Step 04
Choosing Memories to Treasure
Once your photos are ready, I'll help you choose the perfect way to display and enjoy your memories. From prints to albums to wall art, I offer a variety of products to suit your style and needs. You will also have access to download and share your images with everyone you love.

a chance to freeze a fleeting moment forever.
If you're the type of pet parent who plans your weekend adventures around your pets, these sessions are for you! While we all want a frame-worthy photo of our pet for the wall, I also encourage everyone to be in the photos with their pets! You can never have too many photos of you and your pet together. If you wait too long, you will never get the opportunity to capture it back.
